When it comes to the mainstream bestseller lists, one particular genre stands tall. So much so, it’s probably seen as the most ‘respectable’. It is, of course, the thriller.
Not only do thrillers make authors and their publishers very rich, they also make the most money in terms of film and TV rights, generating vast revenues worldwide. Thrillers are also in hot demand for translation, serial and resell rights. Authoring a series of thrillers can literally catapult your career and your earning potential to the stars!
Just look at the success of Dan Brown, Matthew Reilly, John Grisham, Jeffrey Deaver, Lee Child, James Patterson, Patricia Cornwell, Kathy Reichs, Richard North Patterson, Jonathan Kellerman, Michael Crichton, Sue Grafton, Sara Paretsky - the list goes on and on - all of whom make a very respectable living crafting taut, psychological suspense fiction.

Read MoreI enjoyed this course immensely. It explained to me a way of not stressing out too much and also showed me where I had gone wrong in a lot of places with my writing before. I have never bothered to put together a script before writing, so my stories either fizzled out or were not brilliant when I had finished, hence none of them have ever been published. Many thanks, Rob! I will be returning to it when I need to.

Read MoreRob Parnell's "Writing the Thriller for Submission and Publication" course is excellent. Unlike similar books and courses on genre writing, Rob does not bog the student down with too much detail, rather he gives just enough information, mostly in a checklist format, for the Thriller writer to do it for his or her self. At the end of the course, once one has completed the exercises, the Thriller writer will have a complete novel synopsis, Rob calls it a novel template, to begin the wheels turning on the runaway train that will be YOUR Thriller. Enroll now, and, as Rob always says, "Keep writing!"
